Suggest needed maintenance and repairs.
Be knowledgeable, able to navigate, and utilize all factory website information provided.
Deliver technician findings of customer concerns in a manner they can understand.
Accurately estimate and explain repairs needed.
Be knowledgeable on applicable factory and aftermarket warranties and when to apply them.
Contact customers promptly and re-schedule them when parts have arrived.
Keep customers informed through all phases of the repair process.
During redelivery to customer explain all work performed and charges.
Exceed customer expectations daily.
