You are responsible to select and support a nursing team whose members address the needs and the satisfaction of our senior population.
You and your Team must lead by example, and demonstrate dedication to our mission.
You must have a proven ability to work with families and Residents to achieve the balance of quality of life and business objectives.

Experience:
The DON shall be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Illinois, and he/she must have had at least 3 years experience, with at least 1 of those years being served in a supervisory capacity.
Valid drivers license with driving record in good standing per insurance vendor.
Must be professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience as a Nursing supervisor desired.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
